Please fill out the New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email at least 2 hours in advance of your session. Otherwise, you must arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out the paper version at the office.

Cancellation Policy:

Sometimes things happen and you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that's OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Notification that is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a $60 charge or 50% of the full session rate (whichever is greater). Notice given in 6 hours or less will result in a charge for the full session rate.

If within 24 hours of my session, you develop a contagious illness or have a sudden, unplanned health or personal emergency rendering you unable to make my appointment, please let us know right away. If we are unable to fill your vacancy, you will be responsible for the cancellation fee, or session fee (if less than 6 hours notice), unless an exception is granted at the discretion of Sunset Coast Therapeutic Massage.

Pregnant Clients: If you go into labor within 24 hours of an appointment please notify me and I will waive the cancellation fee. If you go into labor and do not notify Sunset Coast Therapeutic Massage, and you miss your appointment, you will be responsible for the full session rate.

Please note that you are still responsible for your appointment until you hear back from the massage therapist confirming they received your email or phone call requesting cancellation/rescheduling.

Arrival Time & Session Length:

Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for any appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment and you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.

*This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, it WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No- Show policy.

If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service online. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.
